We are located in Sydney, New South Wales. If your delivery is to somewhere other than the Sydney Metro area, it will be sent through our network of florists. Please note: Deliveries to remote or difficult delivery areas may not be same-day guaranteed and additional delivery my be required we will call you to let you know .We ask sending flowers from Australia to the world to please telephone us to place an order.(approx. 24-48 hour delivery time)
All business deliveries are guaranteed by 5pm and residential deliveries by 7pm. Our dedicated couriers specialise in dealing with floral products and display a professional level of reliability and punctuality.
Product Substitution / Availability- Please note that with flower orders, some flowers/products/colour/container/plant and hamper items may be substituted based on availability.If this occurs we will fulfill the order to equal or more value if the selected/products are unavailable. If the recipient is not home and it is not safe to leave the flowers, if the incorrect address is given, if the recipient has been discharged from hospital or any other reason resulting in a non delivery which is out of our control, a re-delivery fee will apply. You will be contacted promptly with any issues.
